Sharpening Pictures using Adobe Photoshop
- Change the blend mode from Normal to Overlay
Go to
Filter>Other>High Pass then play around with the slider, until you get the right amount of sharpness that you want.

If some parts of the picture looks too grainy (noisy) than you like, double click on the foreground color swatch (encircled in the illustration) to activate the color picker.
For the Hue (H), Saturation (S) & Brightness type in the values:
H: 0/ S: 0/ B: 0 (Boxed in the illustration) to get a grey color on the foreground swatch.
Next, click on the brush tool then paint over the areas of the picture that is too grainy for you. Save when satisfied.
